A helicopter would be a great way to see Milford Sound. You're right; a birds-eye view would let you see everything. Have you been on a helicopter before? The first and only time I went on one was in Queenstown. It was amazing! Queenstown's a beautiful place from the ground, but seeing it from the sky was incredible! Have you been there before? It's one of my favourite places in the whole of New Zealand! I love spending time there. :)
